Deliveries and Returns
Orders are usually dispatched between 3 to 5 working days using 1st class Royal Mail postage or parcel service and are charged accordingly within the UK. Mugs are gererally posted as 2nd class in order to reduce postage costs. We would suggest that time scale for postage should be 2 days from dispatch. We will also refund any excess postage paid when ordering multiple items. This will be a refund transaction through PayPal tthen the order is dispatched.
International orders are also charged at Royal Mail international parcel or international large letter rate. If ordering from outside the UK, the postage shortfall will be required prior to dispatch, for which we will make a payment request through PayPal. Delivery could be considerably longer.
As all our personalised products are made to order and have no intrinsic value on the open market, we are therefore, unfortunately, unable to accept returns unless the products are faulty. For personalised goods that are faulty or different from those you ordered, please contact us within seven days on 07765 637378 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. and we will arrange for a replacement item.
We will send you the correct replacement within 3-5 working days on receipt of the returned item(s) or evidence of damage.
When returning items we recommend that you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
